The mobile brand portal that we implemented for Mercedes Benz adds the independent communication channel “mobile” to its customer approach. The mobile brand portal, which is available in five languages, is the largest of its kind containing 800 pages.
Daimler provides a comprehensive information and entertainment offer related to the Mercedes Benz brand, which is continuously updated and extended. The mobile offer of Mercedes-Benz was extended by the development of special iPhone web applications to respond to the high number of access by iPhone users. The application enables an iPhone-optimised use of all content and provides the user with additional services, thus creating substantial added value.
