The Mobile Phone as a Response Channel
Response SMS & MMS
Consumers can use their mobile phones to respond directly to an advertiser and enter into dialogue and engage with them. YOC provides the system infrastructure to enable this engagement between consumer and advertiser, and the capacity needed to send and receive SMS, MMS and WAP Push. If required, YOC also offers a response insurance to cover levels of activity above anticipation if the SMS, MMS and WAP Push contingents agreed upon in a contract are exceeded.
On-Pack-Promotion
Making product packaging interactive does not only increase product awareness, but also offers real added value to the customer; this in turn leads to a direct increase in sales. The mobile channel enables the consumers to gain more detailed product information at the point of sale, and to easily participate in a game or competition on purchasing the product. This will increase the return rate of any mobile marketing campaign in a cost-efficient way.
QR-Codes
QR-Codes are two-dimensional barcodes that contain a link to the mobile internet. The cameras of mobile phones can decode QR-Codes or mobile tags by means of a software reader. In this way, the user is able to access a mobile brand portal without having to key in a URL. QR-Codes on print and outdoor advertising and on product packaging are the perfect link between classic advertising formats and mobile dialogue marketing.
