Annual Document

Section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) requires YOC AG, as a company listed on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, to annually provide to the general public an "Annual Document". This document contains or refers to all information published or otherwise made available in the previous twelve months by the company to the general public in accordance with certain provisions under company and capital market law.
